    New maps
    « on: July 22, 2019, 11:53:05 pm »
    Hello!
I saw quite a few people complaining about new maps that were added recently, I would love to prevent it from happening again by asking You "what would you like to see in siege/battle maps?"

As always keep it civil and try not to stray from the topic of maps.

Well currently only about 25% of players can actually load them in, so we're off to a strong start

    Lmao ^^

Currently new maps are wayyyyy too big, like calm down make it nice small compact like mere and default maps used to be, especially siege.

Breakable gate props are fucked atm and showing question marks sometimes in their place as well as with other props.

a nice back drop to the map is always good.

Honestly I'm really down for a castle in snowy mountains ambush type map but I have neither the patience or effort to make it ecksdee

I'd love to see Mennova Castle again, this map was one of the best. It was small, with many way to get in, also breaking doors wasnt so big problem. I think this Castle should be added in next update.

The problem with those maps is that sabo adds them without checking them. Bugged ladders, missing gates and some props missing. Those actions were repetitive and happened a lot of times, and let's not speak about the weapons that are different in-game from the forums and many other things.

You should use props fitting your scene theme. Using the Village houses together with the "Rhodok" walls isn't working and looks weird. The same goes with the bright walls around the flags on the middle - you can replace those for downscaled arena wooden walls or something else.
